Changing Perspectives: From Consumer to Inventor, Developer, Programmer

Product Invention workshops held with Downey USD students in the summer of 2020 piloted product development where youth take lead and a mentor offers a guiding set of simple materials. The idea was that teachers and students learn following agile methodology principles and enjoy unexpected, innovative results. In the same way that tech products are developed as evolving experiments; so can classroom projects. This post offers links to .pdf examples of student intern work during lockdown. All materials were resourced from home and meetings took place online. The links reside in this LivableWageJobs.org website. You’re not linking out to review.

I removed the last names of the students, all of whom participated in the summer before their Senior year in High School.
